After many years spent working as a Marketer, mostly in the Healthcare industry, I chose to retrain as a Nutrition Therapist & Wellness Coach for women over 45. As we age, our bodies go through many changes, which can make us feel overwhelmed and lost, especially when having to continue with everyday life challenges.

Prevention is better than cure

Passionate about promoting healthy eating habits combined with physical activities, mindfulness and good sleeping habits, I want to encourage clients to make life-long changes to improve their overall wellbeing, support their weight loss journey and help them manage or prevent some age-related conditions.

This is not a quick fix solution but a lifestyle change Whether you have been advised by your healthcare practitioner to change your diet or decided for yourself it is time to take control of your health; whether you are going through the peri-menopause or are post-menopausal, we can work together on creating a programme that works for you:

My Plan

Lose weight, shape-up and maintain a healthy ideal body shape
Strengthen your body, build-on muscles Regain your energy
Prevent the onset of age/diet related conditions (i.e. High Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Type 2 Diabetes, Sarcopenia...) or reduce/reverse the symptoms
Adjust your diet due to recent gluten, dairy intolerance diagnosis
Give up bad eating habits and start afresh
